Complimentary Shipping: Romi Boutique offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under this amount may incur standard shipping fees at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Timeline: We ship most orders via USPS. Standard domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2–7 business days after processing.

Expedited & Same-Day Delivery: If you order before 3 pm local time, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. We also offer same-day local delivery for a fee (e.g., $25) where available.

Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our return process after delivery if you wish to return your items.

Order Tracking: You can track your order from the “Orders” page in your account. Tracking information will also be sent via email once your order ships.
