Return Policy

At Romi Boutique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return items from an online order, please review the details below for eligibility, conditions, and instructions.

Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original price tags must be attached and the original itemized invoice included.
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned in the original box and in brand new condition.

 

Final Sale Items

Some items, including all sale merchandise, fragrances, candles, sleepwear, lingerie, glasses, and jewelry, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping & Fees

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like a return shipping label, we can provide one for a fee (typically around $12) upon request through your Orders online. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

If items are returned outside the return window or if prohibited/final sale items are returned, we will assess a 35% restocking fee, and the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise, minus original shipping and any applicable return label fees. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the return to be processed.

Missing Return Packages

Romi Boutique is not responsible for lost or missing packages during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
